NINTH ANNUAL AN AUTUMN EVENING AUCTION DINNER DANCE

WHAT: The single most important fund raising activity we do as a school community. We are required to raise 10% of our operating budget ($90,000). Invitations for the event were mailed through school in mid-May. Our menu this year consists of:

Filet & Gulf Shrimp
Roasted Vegetables &
Parsley Potatoes

WHO: All parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and parishioners. If you are going to spend energy and time on one event during the school year, this is that event.

WHEN: Friday, September 26, 2008 @ 6:00 pm.

WHERE: Bobaks Signature Events at Seven Bridges

GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE: 1^st Prize   = $10,000
                                      2^nd Prize  = $1,500
                                      3^rd Prize   = $500
                                      4^th Prize   = $100

If you are in need of raffle tickets or need to buy additional tickets, please send an e-mail to Kara Janowiak (kkj69@sbcglobal.net).

Raffle tickets were sent through school with the invitation. Each family is required to sell or buy $240 worth of tickets plus two (2) admission tickets to the event. Payment and submission for the tickets is due on fee payment day (8/6 & 8/7).
