Dear Fourth Grade parents,

I sent the “essay” questions for the Social Studies test home to know what to study exactly for the those types of questions.  They will answer them on the test on the day of the test.

We will have visitors come during the next week or so to enhance our lessons.  Please help remind your child of the appropriate expected behavior when an adult speaks to them.

The one project for the book report is due on Tuesday, September 30, as is the story frame.  It may be handed in any time before.

The September reading calendar is due next Wednesday, Oct. 1^st.  Remember the goal is 330 minutes and please initial or sign the calendar.

What we are working on:

Math: Ch 3 (Multiplication); start Ch 4 (Division)

Reading: Unit 1, stories 2 and 3

English: Unit 2 nouns

Social Studies: Ch 1 – USA geography; start Ch 2 -- Regions

Religion: Ch 3
